My song "Sweet Face", written for my daughter Elizabeth, won an Honorable mention in the 2003 John Lennon songwriting contest! The demo was made last year at Summersongs, with the help of Freebo, Severin Browne, and Ron Gomez. While I'd have preferred first place, it's a huge contest, and there are alot of great songwriters out there; I very much appreciate the validation and encouragement that the award symbolizes.
