As a Juilliard Graduate with 20 years of experience in the music business and an interest in many different styles & methods of sharing music with an audience,I present many different programs on my own and in combination with other musicians. If you don't see what you're looking for, go ahead and ask anyways; it might give me some new ideas! Historical Demonstrations


"History of Brass Instruments" Concert/lecture by the Trenton Early Brass:
Using over twenty different instruments ranging from pre-historic and folk brass instruments, through renaissance, baroque, clssical, romantic, and modern era brass instruments, we demonstrate each era on period instruments and offer opportunities for the audience members to try various instruments during the program. Fee:$250

"Colonial Songs, Games, and Dances": Presented with Stacy Roth of "History on the Hoof". Dressed in Colonial clothing, we lead the audience through an entertaining variety of instrumental and vocal music from the Colonial period, incorporating riddles, jokes, rounds, games, and toys of the period, ending with an invitation to join in a typical colonial dance. Fee: $250

"Instruments of the Colonial Era": Can be persented in concert /lecture or workshop format. Playing demonstrations of Colonial Music on period instruments such as Natural trumpet, Posthorn, Recorders, Scheitholt, and Baroque Flute, with opportunities for the audience to try out various instruments, persented in period costume. Fee:$125

Herald Trumpet Team

Available for special occasions: weddings, bar/basmitzvahs, graduations, grand openings. We play a variety of American and European fanfare music from the 17th and 18th century, including works of Handel, Purcell and fanfares from historical collections such as the Moravian and Modena duets. Fee $250

Historical Flute Duo

Performing on baroque flute and baroque recorder, my husband James and I present a program of pieces popular during the colonial and revolutionary war eras. The pieces we perform include well known European composers such as Handel and Purcell, American composers such as Billings and Hopkinson, and arrangements of the dances and popular tunes of the time. The combination of the Baroque Flute and Baroque Tenor Recorder produces a pleasant, relaxing sound that makes for wonderful background music, and lends a feeling of refinement to any event.Fee:$250

Brass Chamber Groups

I work with several other fine brass players in Trio, Quartet and Quintet formations. We play in a variety of settings including Church Services, Weddings, Parties, Parades, and Concerts. We have a wide variety of music for each configuration, including renaissance, baroque, classical, contemporary, dixieland, ragtime, patriotic, and standards from the '30's and '40's. We also have two top-notch arrangers in the group, so programs can be customized for any occasion. Prices vary with size of group, starting at $125 per musician.

Interactive Therapeutic Music Groups

Offered to Nursing Homes, Adult Day Care Centers, and other Therapeutic settings in the Greater Trenton Area. Fee for Therapeutic Groups is $45 per hour.

"Music Makers":Using adaptive tunings and pentatonic scales, even those with no prior musical training are able to participate successfully in group music-making as we play and sing through familiar and well-loved songs.

Freelance Music Services

As a member of AF of M local 62 in Trenton, NJ, I am available for performances on Modern Trumpet, Baroque Trumpet, and Cornetto. I am proficient in a variety of styles and have wide experience playing in Symphony Orchestra, Solo, Chamber Music, Period Instrument, Jazz, Opera, and Musical Theater settings. Past performances have included concerts, shows, weddings, conventions, parties, workshops, historical events, church services, parades and many other events. Odd clefs, strange transpositions, and historical pitches are no problem! Among the groups I am currently performing with are the Washington Cornett and Sackbut Ensemble, the Undercroft Brass,and the Actors Net Theater. I love to play and I don't mind traveling.
